WIC (Women In The Church)

 

WIC's Purpose
The purpose of the Women In The Church is that every woman know Christ personally and be committed to extending His Kingdom in her life, home, church, community and throughout the world.

WIC Is Involved In Many Areas.
Prayer is one of the cornerstones of Story and WIC members lead the vital Prayer Band ministry. Bible study is also a priority and there are Bible study groups at Story for women to be a part of. Circle One is a fellowship of senior women in Story who are active with Bible study, missionary support, making Samaritan's Purse shoeboxes at Christmas, and various other projects and services. WIC is active year round doing a number of projects serving the church, from putting together special gift baskets for the wives of missionaries attending our yearly missions conference to providing home cooking in the Fellowship Hall for special occasions of the church to playing a major role in our yearly Vacation Bible School.

Circle One regularly makes Samaritan's Purse gift boxes at Christmas.
